Based on our findings, we prepare a clear, itemised quote alongside a recommended repair approach. We explain the options in plain English so you can make an informed decision. If you're working with an insurer, we can liaise directly.
4. Approval & Scheduling
Once you're happy with the proposal, we agree a start date that works for you. We handle all logistics — access requirements, permits where needed, and coordination with any third parties such as loss adjusters or structural engineers.
5. Installation & Repair Works
Our specialist team carries out the agreed works with minimal disruption to your daily life. We use proven techniques like resin injection, underpinning, and void filling — tailored to your property's specific needs. You'll have a dedicated project contact throughout.
6. Sign-Off & Aftercare
After completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our quality standards. You'll receive full documentation of the work carried out, along with any applicable warranties. We're always available if you have questions down the line.
